Boye Ajayi is a Non-Executive Director of Aetern Advisory. He is a serving senior executive with more than fifteen years of operating leadership in multinational businesses across Africa and Europe.

His experience covers the full range of operating leadership: revenue growth, margin improvement, market expansion, dealer network development, lean operations and building large teams across different cultures.

On the board he provides independent oversight of the firm’s strategy, governance and standards of advice. He brings the view of someone who runs a business day to day and knows what good advice has to survive in practice.

He holds executive education credentials from IESE Business School (General Management Program) and London Business School (Senior Executive Programme).
